Are You Wooing Your Customers?

Here at Shinee Pops we thrive on satisfying our customers. Giving the customers what they want and more. In order to give the customers what they want you must first take yourself, your personal problems and issues out of the equations and remove the word "Can't" out of your vocabulary.

Have you ever gone somewhere and been told "Oh we can't..." My thoughts about that statement is you need to remove it out of your vocabulary when dealing with customers and focus on what you can do. Think outside of your little boxes that keep you from success in your personal everyday life. Just because you feel like you can't don't limit the people around you possibilities.

Someone could come into my place of business and want ten donkeys. As you all know we sell candy not donkeys but I can put you in touch with someone that can help you find some donkeys but in the mean while, how about some donkey pops? See how easy that is. I won't just turn a customer away without some sort of hope whether I sell that product or not. Now they may not need any pops or party planning that day but they will remember me when the questions comes up about sending out a personal gift or event arrangements. Due to the fact we were so helpful and if we were able to provide any type of assistance with something we don't sell we have to be great at what we do sell.
